Row 1- Sc in 2nd chain from hook and across, turn (13 sc)
Row 2-10 chain 1 (counts as first sc) and sc across turn (13 sc)
Row 11- do not chain 1 skip the space and sc in next stitch, hdc in next 2 , dc in next, 2 dc in next, dc in
next, 2 dc in next, dc in next, hdc in next 2, sc in next, skip next stitch and ss in last do not turn. (2 sc,
4 hdc, 7 dc, = 13 stitches total)
Now you are working around the whole piece so turn sideways and work counterclockwise, ch 1, sc
around the last stitch or chain in each row 9 times, now you will be working across the bottom using
the remaining loops of the beginning chain, 3 sc to make corner, sc in next 11 chains, 3 sc in next chain,
1 sc in the edge of the next 9 rows, 2 sc in edge of the 10th, sc in next 13 stitches, 1 sc in edge of row
10 and connect to chain 1, finish off
Now turn the piece so the wrong side is facing you and the rounded edge is pointed down, (you will be
working the straight edge opposite the rounded edge) connect green to the center sc in the three sc
group, chain 1 and loop stitch in same stitch, loop stitch across the next 14 stitches and finish off.
For the next row you are working in the back loops of the stitch below.
With the right side facing you attach Black to top of last green loop stitch chain 3, two dc chain 1 three
dc in same stitch, dc in next 13 stitches, three dc chain 1 three dc in last loop stitch, dc in next 11
stitches, three dc chain 1 three dc in next stitch, dc in next stitch, hdc in next, sc in next 9 stitches, hdc
in next, dc in next, three dc chain 1 three dc in next, dc in next 11 stitches and connect to chain 3,
Chain 3 and Dc around entire piece corners should consist of 1 dc 1 ch 1 dc.
